In collaboration with AF Agency and Love Interiors, Sanders Studios has created a series of high-end marketing CGIs depicting the elegant re-invention of Leon House in Croydon.
One of the UK’s finest surviving examples of mid-20th century modernist architecture, Leon House is being remade – revealing the original sculptured interiors and creating spacious, light-filled apartments.
Upon arrival you’re met with an impressive double height, contemporary lobby. A concierge service then welcomes you to the residents’ lounge and co-working space.

Beautifully designed by Love Interiors, the intention behind the interior visualisations was to communicate a sense of space and light potential, whilst showcasing the incredible cityscape views through the impressive floor-to-ceiling windows.
To complete the journey, residents will have access to a stunning sky garden and private dining room with spectacular views across London’s iconic skyline.
