S/S is pleased to offer an innovative VR solution for design and marketing. Using the latest software and untethered headsets, with the option for floor plan print solutions courtesy of Lavastar, our unique product offers a 1:1 scale, real world tracked, cable-free experience.
Our fully immersive solution allows the viewer to have free movement across any space, switch between layout configurations, turn day to night and interact with further custom functionality as required. The result is an engaging user friendly design and marketing tool, providing a realistic and complete understanding of the spatial layout, scale and flow of any proposed space.
From inception to presentation day, the entire process is managed by our Immersive Media Team to ensure the highest level of efficiency, professionalism and discretion (when required) is delivered throughout.
The purpose of the configurator is to allow a fully immersive, customisable and realistic exploration of a product. In this case, it’s the sleek Gulfstream G650 private jet. S/S prides itself on delivering the highest level of quality and service, and we applied this principle to the development of our configurator. With advanced optimisation and meticulous attention to detail, we’ve looked to push quality, functionality and UX to the next level. Delivered as a microsite subdomain, the collateral can be presented as a dynamic web-based experience. To round off the package, we’ve included an AR viewer function for the exterior model, a suite of photorealistic CGIs and a teaser animation, providing a complete and immersive customer experience.
In collaboration with superyacht designers SturgeToth and the iconic Falcon Tenders brand, it’s with great excitement we present our collateral for the Gladius Limousine Superyacht Tender. With iconic Gullwing doors, sweeping lines and an eye-catching silhouette the tender looks to redefine the category of luxury sea travel.
Pocket Living tasked S/S with creating a full interactive marketing suite to help sell their Woodside Park apartments off-plan. The experience included an interactive development model viewable as a downloadable app or online where the viewer can spin, select floorplans, interact with showcase apartments and see live sales availability. This app also provided invaluable backend sales analytics for Pocket Living helping them continually fine tune their marketing targets.

The Record Store – Unreal Engine Virtual Experience
A fully immersive virtual experience created in Unreal Engine and installed on-site to allow prospective investors to view a realistic depiction of a proposed interior re-fit. The tour includes advanced interactivity such as floor-plate layout switches, pop-up banners, location and floor teleportation and a guided voiceover narrative. The final product was packaged up in a bespoke app for both Android and Apple, ready to be downloaded and used on any smart device.

Our self storage 360 virtual configurator product for Kuboid takes the viewer on an immersive tour of one of their facilities with the ability to change design elements using the sleek menu provided.
Serene – Superyacht 360 Virtual Tour
Utilising the interior and deck visualisations created for the Serene superyacht, we created an immersive 360 tour allowing prospective buyers to explore the stunning superyacht in their own time. A gradual day-to-night-loop adds a sense of drama and lifestyle to the presentation.
